Maya Gunnarsson joined the firm in 2022, having previously been a summer student and articling student. She focuses her practice on Governance Law, Corporate Law, and Labour Law, mainly with organizations based in Eeyou Istchee.

Maya Gunnarsson advises Cree local and regional governments on the drafting of laws and policies.

She also advises various Indigenous entities on Labour Law issues.
