Léo Parent-Sirois joined our team in 2018, and focuses his practice on Indigenous Law, with a particular emphasis on cases involving mining and natural resources, treaty implementation and economic development.
He represents various Indigenous entities in a wide range of matters, including acting as legal counsel and corporate secretary for various corporations. In addition, he has expertise in negotiating and implementing impact and benefit agreements with mining and natural resources companies. He also assists local and regional development corporations in the negotiation and implementation of their projects.
